Janelle Waggener helped me to look at homes in east Nashville, as I was thinking about moving closer to my daughter, but I wanted to rent the space out for a few years as I was not ready to move out my present location in South Davidson County. She quickly understood my goals and worked hard to help me find the right property, she also took the time to find builders who were renovating buildings in that area made an appointment for me to meet them in a 12 South house they were presently working on, so I could see their work and talk with them about East Nashville properties she would drive through the neighborhoods at night as well as day to try to be sure that they would be safe for me, I felt like she always had my best interests in mind and when I decided that this was just not the right time for me to buy in East Nashville she was gracious, I felt bad as I felt that I had wasted her time but she was kind and gracious, if I were to start another search in the future I would certainly use her again.

Jannelle is Awesome! From the time I met her she and I connected. She is very professional and loves her job. She also takes the time to listen to you which is very important in this market. We were not sure if we were going to put our house on the market so she came prepared with information that would help us in making a wise decision. She then spent time looking at our home and making suggestions of things that needed to be done. She did not pressure us, but working together we chose the items we felt were most important.
